DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your future moving needs. Do yourself a favor and reserach it before you sign up with , them. My moving experience from Chicago to Hoston using Olympia Moving was the morst horrifying experience I ever had, and by that I mean the delivery part not the pickup one, which was ok. They delayed my delivery date by 16 days, the driver that performed the delivery was absolutely beyond control, his customer service could be rated -1000 , he insulted me, used expletitives, threatened me to take my property back tostorage if I won't pay him upfront the remaining balance, BEFORE his helpers would deliver my stuff to the apt, charged me an additonal $340 to deliver my staff to my apt because the term ""entrance"" in the contract is vague therefore subject to his interpreatation. As a single woman, I was helpless and defensless with this guys and at the end of my wits after the whole movign part was over. DO NOT use this company, if you want to preserve your sanity and cash and get the level of customer service you are paying for.
