We were at the Camp Hill location last night with a group of 8....spent over $200 on food and drinks....it was a birthday dinner and we brought in a cake....they charged us a ""plate charge"" of $12 because we brought in our own cake! then to top it off, they charged us an 18% gratuity on the plate charge!...total: $14.16 for NOTHING...... the server should have informed us that would happen but he didn't...all he said was ""it's stated on the menu"".....you are ""THE PIZZA GRILLE"" people, not The Hilton for God sake......it goes without saying that NONE of us or our families will ever eat there again....what a way to treat your customers.
