I was so surprised to find out that Tropical Audubon Society had yoga classes, but when I went there I realized how smart they were to offer yoga classes, because it is the perfect spot for yoga. The three acres of tropical hardwoods vibrate peace, and the Doc Thomas house is so charming.with the original peg wood floors. The place just shouts yoga shala. I love the yoga classes and when I leave, I feel like I've been transported to a different time and place. The property, the yoga classes, the whole thing just rocks.
