This place is not worth the price. I still live here and they pick on people about everything. Jennifer the manager is a snob, and the rest of the people in office are terrible . If you talk to Shannon in office you will think you are talking to a two face person. trust me, save your self a headache and find somewhere nicer to live. It does look nice at the beginning but beleive me you will be shocked. They complain about your kids, if you have anything on your porch, including a kids toy you will get a letter, I mean anything. They think they own you, by making you be in at 8 pm if you have kids. some people get away with everything and if you are not in the click they hassle you to death. If you do not want to move in a year do your self a favor an move to a better place. you can see other people wrote about bugs well I will tell you it is true. The applainces and the carpet are bottom of the line. For 1030 month you can find something much better. So go ahead and make a mistake and move here and I bet you that you will be unhappy after a couple of months.
