I didn't do the sushi, I did the steak and chicken... of all my hibachi experiences this was the dullest. I guess the chef makes the experience but I was unhappy, had dry chicken, and flavorless, tough, chewy, tendony steak. Won't go back, too many options and too expensive for mediocrity.
