had a huge flood the other day ... didnt get a chance to do a background check before calling them over since my entire basement was flooded (apparantely wasmy sewer hole was clogged down there) and the water almost came to the living room floor level !!!! dialled away - took them less than 10 min to come and less than an hour to dry everything up ....
