as a woman i always worry about being taken advantage of by a mechanic. i took my outback to suba performance, and felt completely comfortable as the owner took the time to explain to me in girl terms what was wrong with my car and explained in detail the repairs that he was performing. after talking to some friends i realized that i got an incredibly good price for the solid work they did. i would recommend anyone with a subaru who wants to be treated fairly, to skip over the big name shops and dealerships, and take it to the local guy who knows what he is doing best!!
