The worst customer inquiry ever! Understanding that it is a fine line between giving an opinion versus telling a person what they ""should"" do especially when the person is paying. The rep at Nigro's Auto Body was rude, ignorant, and most of all the exact opposite of the 40 plus positive reviews I read about this place. First impressions are 90% of the sale. I would not recommend this operation to anybody at all!! I really wonder if the other ""posters"" were paid to write positive experiences or is it the same person using different names.
