This is very unusual for me to actually write a review however this particular episode was so upsetting, people need to know. My son bought a spa package for me and it took me almost a year to use it but I made the appointment and the receptionist had record of the gift certificate, never mentioning I needed to bring it with me. Well I forgot the gift certificate and Peter proceeded to refuse the services even though they had a record of it being paid and that is was purchased for me! He proceeded to insult me personally, making me so angry I will never go back there or recommend anyone to this salon. I have told everyone about this incident and Peter is a liability to his own Salon. He cares more about being right than making the customer happy.
