Another repair shop told me I needed to replace a window motor and regulator. Calling around I heard that it's usually one or the other that need replaced, not both, so I took it to Southwest Automotive because of their good reviews. They were able to salvage the regulator so that we only had to replace the motor. The price to get my window working was half of what the other company was going to charge.
