I went into Arts on Aug 7 2010 to purchase a student mouyh piece for my ten year old which is playing the Tuba for school, I ask how much it was and the lady told me $75.00 dollars I told her everyone had told me to expect to spend $50.00 dollars she ask the other guy and he stated it was the least expensive model. After getting home I made a few calls to other music stores in town " Whittmans" he stated he had one for $49.95 so I called Arts back the lady that answered the phone stated bring it back and they would make it right. When I got back to the store Frank Price "The Manager" refused to make it right! he stated that Whittmans was selling a cheaper brand and would not give me a refund. I left Arts and drove to Whittmans he was selling the exact same one for $49.95, I went back to Arts and Frank Price said it didn't matter he wasn't giving me a refund and he did not care if the lady on the phone told me they would make it right or not...CROOKS AND LIARS. Its not the $25.00 dollars it the principle. Shop Whittmans. Check my facebook group page for updates.
