We had our locks changed by Bob's and they made our keys for us. The problem however, was when the key they made got stuck in the lock. The key worked, which in this case was not good because the key would unlock the door to the office but you just couldn't get the key out. This was at 5:40 in the afternoon. I immediately called the company to find out they were closed and wouldn't be in until morning! I couldn't leave the office unattended with a key stuck in the lock all night! Not happy and will never use them again!
