I had a new furnace installed today and the air conditioning inspected and cleaning. The Penning crew arrived on time, were very friendly and completed their work efficiently. They gave me a full briefing on the operation of the new system and the new thermostat that drives the whole deal! Furthermore, they left the house and basement area clean and without any clutter whatsoever. I have recommended Penning many times over the years, and certainly will continue to do so given my experience today!
