I liked that although Moving by Design gave us an initial quote, they had the ability to assess what we had done on our own and lower the bid. We had done work on our own since they had first come out, so it was better than having a fixed bid based on the initial walk through.
The move was pretty smooth, and I felt like they did everything in a timely manner. There was not a lot of wasted time, which was nice to see since they are hourly. They were very efficient. I felt that the guys who came out were very friendly and really nice during the move. It as a nice experience.
