I had a horrible experience at KT Full Service Salon and Spa. I was offended comments that Kim (Owner) made regarding one of her clients. Her comments were mean spirited, racist and inappropriate to even mention in a public (no less your place of business). On top of that...it took her 1.5 hours to complete a standard pedicure that chipped in 2 days. She consistently stopped my service to give other customers hair cuts, massages, etc. Given that there is a nail salon in every mini mall, I would not spend another dime in this establishment!!!!!
