I found my water heater leaking badly this morning and figured I needed a new water heater. At work I called a few plumbers but Rotor-Rooter was able to schedule me at the time I needed, probably becasue the have several locations here in Indianapolis.
The plumber called 30 min before he arrivbed and I was able to meet him at the house right on time. He was honest and knowledgeable with his assessment.
He was able to remove my old water heater, and install the new one in a few hours. It would ahve been quicker but he actually modified the stand for my old heater so the new water heater would fit. He was polite and personable the whole time.
If I ever have any other plumbing issues I will probably call Rotor-rooter again.
