The individual that estimated the project was prompt and effecient (even though it was raining heavily that day). The product is great! It looks wonderful and works great -- much nicer than the aluminum gutters we were replacing.
However, it was a two week process just to try and get the installation scheduled. I took time off of work to be available when they were doing the work but they never showed and no one was able to tell me if I was even on the work schedule that day. Rescheduled and they cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Finally arrived and installed to a different diagram than the sales person provided to me.
The worst customer service ever! Good luck getting someone to call you back.
