I keep driving by this place so I decided to go in and try their lunch buffet one afternoon during my lunch break. I brought my co- workers along too since they were craving chinese. The food always came out fresh and I didn't have to eat any gross food that sits at the buffet all day. Ping's has one buffet bar, but everything on it was really good. Because it IS small, all the food, such as fried rice, potstickers, lo mein, cream cheese puffs, sesame chicken, and chicken wings were nice and hot. This is one of my favorite places to go for lunch with my co- workers now, and when I attend conventions at the convention center. Their location is so convenient, I just walk a few minutes and I get to eat the best chinese on eat street.
Pros: Great food.
