I have never had worse service then from Jim fisher service department in my life (41 years). The "service manager", Kirk (?) treated me horribly. In 8 years we never had good service from them, but continued to use them because our Volvo was under warranty and they are the closest dealer to our home. We ended up back there after out warranty was up because an independent Volvo service shop found a problem and informed us (no charge) it was covered under extended warranty. Well, it ends up that Jim Fisher was soooo upset we did not go to them first that they just wanted to be a-holes again.
I would never recommend this service department for any work and I now will send the extra effort to get my work done in Beaverton.
