The last two times I have ben in Jo-Ann Fabrics I swore I would not go back. I have never seen such rudeness in customer service. Both of the people happened to be men and I mean they were so rude to customers, I saw two people put their purchases down and walk out of the store in disgust. Since Jo-Ann's is the only place in town to purchase fabric and other sewing and craft needs (other than Wal-Mart - yuck), you would think they would really focus on customer service.
