I don't have much problem with these guys. My printer runs great. I had a problem with a consistent jam, and since their service, there has been no issues. The rep I worked with knew what I needed better than I did. Got my company running quickly. They solved some major issues we were having outside of just our printer. Talking with her was worthwhile. Service has been solid. Then again I wasn't expecting much to begin with.
Pros: Our rep was funny and new our needs
Cons: PreSales calls were too many post sales too few
