Beware! NICK ALEXANDER SERVICE DEPT. CLEARLY NEEDS SOME CERTIFICATION ASSESSMENT/REVIEW OF SOME SORT BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEEN A SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO INADEQUATE IN SO MANY WAYS, FROM ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUESTIONABLE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES. IF YOU BRING IN YOUR CAR FOR 1 MINOR PROBLEM AND LEFT WITH 3 MAJOR ONES, ISNT THAT A CLEAR INDICATION OF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT??? AND EVEN MORE WORSE IS THAT THEY WONT EVEN ADMIT THAT THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG, AND EVEN REFUSING TO FIX MY CAR OR REFUND MY MONEY. SHADY IT
