Since it's not possible to give them 0 stars I had to give them 1. Dropped my outboard off 3 weeks ago. They told me they were 1 week behind. Week 2 called, spoke to Rayford who told me they were 4 weeks behind. Week 3 spoke to Rayford who told me they've been 6 weeks behind since February and it should go in the shop next week. So if you want an irritating experience with people who are totally disorganized take your boat or motor here and enjoy being at home for a long time rather than on the water.
