I have only taken my car here once, but will definitely be coming back for anything related to my car. Jerry, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. I was in an accident and needed to document an inspection for legal reasons. He made it as painless as possible and went out of his way to meet any requests I made, including patiently answering all my questions, allowing me to take the pictures myself (using his camera), and making sure I had access to the pictures I took and the inspection results. I probably annoyed them, but all the people in the shop were very friendly,helpful, knowledgeable, and they charged me much less than I expected. Also, the waiting room has really comfortable chairs. Overall it was a good experience.
