I've had service techs from Roto-Rooter twice in the past 5 weeks. The pilot light on my hot water heater went out on Memorial Day weekend. I scheduled an appt online for Sunday because RR advertises that they do not charge extra for weekends or holidays. Jeremiah came and relit the pilot light and did not even charge me. He made no commission on me that day. Danny Cook came to connect a new sink and faucet. He discovered that the drain baskets I bought would not work. I followed him to a plumbing supply company to purchase new ones. Then he came back to my house and completed the project, way past 5:00 PM. He was friendly and very helpful and went beyond what I would ever have expected.
