The staff at VCA is pretty friendly and at first glance its an A+ facility. We brought in our new puppy in at around 6pm in the evening because she was having sneezing fits. We wondered if it was possible she could have allergies and the recent pollen bloom was upsetting her. The office told us it was impossible for a new puppy to have allergies and sent us home with an antibiotic. The visit was pretty expensive and we still weren't sure why she was sneezing so much. The next afternoon the office called us in because they wanted to look up her nose and be sure there wasn't anything stuck up there. We brought her in the vet tried to see if anything was up her nose. He said he couldn't tell and said he was going to bring in another vet to see if she could see anything. The new vet suggested we do a rhinotomy and see if there was anything up there. We declined doing the $1700.00 + procedure and
