We offered a full refund if he returned the balloons, and any remaining candy that was "expired". Our stock does not show any candy expiring until 2011. Josh was a local customer and again we did not see any problem with giving a 100% refund if the products were returned to store. We tried to make amends and unfortunately due to Josh's threatening words, we had to terminate the phone call. more
