Recently my Samsung TV broke and they set up Aid Tv for service. I was very skeptical and worried after reading reviews but to deal with them was a nice surprise.
They promptly setup a pick up appointment and the guy was here to pick it up on exact time.
it took less than two week turn around time which included lcd panel shipment from samsung and july 4th weekend so basically they did replace LCD and returned as soon as they got it. again the guy came right at the time which they said. TV is running fine now. I am very satisfied with their srvice.
