The owners of Italian Village are hardcore racists who will throw out your application if you apply there and happen to be black. They also charge three times what their crap food is worth on pretty much every dish. their shrimp is particularly foul. All beef products are actually beef-pork-chicken blends. Don't eat at IV if you don't enjoy racism or vomiting for $30.
Pros: If you like racism and low quality then I guess thats a pro
