Our business, run on a part time basis, does not allow us to have an in house tech person. But most simple tasks can be handled by my niece. On one occasion however, when my laptop dropped on to a New York street and would not open (and had broken the screen), we needed to recover what we could of the hard drive to put on a new unit. We took it to Techfusion where the work was done overnight with minimum fuss and cost.
