I went to this subway today for lunch and ordered a turkey sandwich. I was not paying attention to the worker when he put the meat on my sandwich. When I took the sandwich home and realized that he gave me the wrong sandwich I called to complain. I spoke to the manager Felix who was very rude and claimed that it's my job to supervise his employees to make sure they make the sandwich correctly. He told me I would have to bring the sandwich back for a refund but I was already at home, which is more than 15 minutes away. He told me he wouldn't do anything for me and wouldn't give me the information of his superior. Do not go to this subway, the workers are extremely incompetent and the management is very bad.?
