The Health Joint Fitness - this is the place to simply ""get it done""! While the place is warm, friendly and laid back, make no mistake - you will get in the best shape of your life. The staff really cares about your progress and will modify the workouts as they deem appropriate. They were critical during my rehabbing for an ACL tear last year - developing exercise routines that complimented my physical therapy. Bootcamp and Kickboxing will kick your butts, but all in a good way. Do yourself a favor and look them up. You won't be disappointed!\r
