When I spoke to the ""manager"" on the phone to ask some simple questions about my reservation, he was so rude that I ended up deciding I would rather pay $50 more for the same service at a company that would not treat its customers so badly. Saving with Lynette's prices is simply not worth it. The manager definitely should not be in customer service.
