I bought 20 lock boxes. 18 work out of the box, 2 defected. I called them but they would not exchange and/or do anything about the locks, but rather defer me to the manufacturer.
I could have bought the locks online elsewhere even cheaper, and without paying taxes, but thought I should support local business. But well...
Never do business with them again. Ever.
