I was having a horrible time with the builder of my new home trying to secure a date to actually move in.. I kept having to change the move date with 24 moving and they were flexible but after about 6 date changes I felt bad so I told them I need to cx rather than rescedule the move until I have a firm date. Glen said that was fine he understood. Well when I checked my credit card the next day 24 Moving had charged $100 to my credit card for the cancellation. Thanks for telling me! If I had known I would have rescheduled! I thought I was doing them a favor because I kept having to change the date!! Bad business!!!!!
Pros: Were nice in the beginning..
