My area rugs were in desperate need for a cleaning. I have bad allergies, and I was looking online to see what companies do Organic cleaning. I called up Flat Rate Carpet, talked to the helpful staff and they made me feel comfortable in their products they use. I made an appointment later that same day to have someone come over for a free estimate. A cleaner came by within the 2 hour time period they gave me, he gave me a price, then took it to the factory. The area rugs were delivered back to me within 1 week. I am very happy with how great my carpets look, and even happier they use organic products!
