Me and the rest of my party of 6 sit down for a nice dinner on vacation. We got our food and noticed that there were some mistakes that had been made. The waitress eventually realized she wasnt going to take the blame , ( even though she started out saying she was sorry), said she'd see what she could do and dissapeared while the hostess/manager gave us the same song and dance after much sighing and eye rolling.The kicker was when the owner came to the table, acted like we didnt know what we were talking about, we were wrong and even at one point had the nerve to say to one of us, ""no direspect sir, but where are you from?"" WTF??? what kind of restaurant owner has the gall to say that to a paying customer?? So eventually they half as!ed fixed it which was all they had to do all along and then had the nerve to add a 20% gratuity onto the check even though that is not a policy and is nowhere on the menu. I have a feeling thats not legal. When we asked if that was policy , thay said ""sometimes."" translation,"" when i dont do my job right and treat customers like crap and know they arent going to leave me a tip.""
