I have been to several BMW dealerships and I will have to say ""BMW Encinitas"" is by far the best in all areas! My service advisor Riccardo ""Rick"" Sbabo was truly exceptional, he listen to my concerns, promptly returned all my calls, and very informed of the problem with my car in order to explain it to me in laimans terms. I am very impressed with the service dept. at BMW Encinitas and it just confirms that I will continue to be a life long customer (already one for 20 yrs.) THANK YOU BMW ENCINITAS!!!!!
