Our condo association chose Pacific Coat over others because of the willingness to help us develop a new style for our building. We were not disappointed. Josh and his crew showed up early and went home when they felt they had gotten done what they wanted to for the day. (which was usually later in the day!) They did not hesitate to do a few extra things (like changing out the house numbers and installing new mail boxes!). I really appreciated their professional, yet friendly approach to the job.
