My husband & I were refered to McEntyre's by friends. We went to several bakeries for cake tastings before selecting McEntyre's. We liked their affordability & beautiful cake selection. I ordered a 4 tiered white cake with pilliars in between each tier. The florist was to put roses in between each tier the day of the wedding. On our wedding day, the first person I saw when we arrived at the ceremony/reception site was the florist. She told me the cake did not have the pillars I'd requested (& paid for). I was so upset, but the florist assured me she could ""fix"" it. She strategically placed roses in certain spots around the cake & it turned out beautiful. After the wedding, I contacted a representative at McEntyre's, Susan, to inform her of the error. She was very apologetic & promptly refunded the money I'd spent to add pillars. Overall, I would recommend this place to someone looking to find affordable, beautiful wedding cakes. I would just suggest you reiterate exactly what you want several times & make certain they write down everything.
