I took my boat there and told them to give it a checkup to make sure I wasn't going to have any leaks this season. They charged me about $1000 (<$50 for parts) when they found something that was potentially a leak. When I put the boat in the water, it leaked like crazy (it hadn't leaked at all before their ""repair""). I took it back and they told me they wouldn't have found this one because they'd have had to put it in the water. Well, I figured for $1000, they'd have done what they had to do to make sure it didn't leak. Now I'm into another $1000 ($191 in parts, the rest to them for labor) to fix it. A good company would have admitted to not finding any problems the first time and at least discounted the labor of redoing the things they had to do over. But here all you get is ripped off.
Pros: They make you think you can trust them
Cons: You can't.
