Hood County Animal Control and ""Officer"" Collins should be ashamed of themselves. It is disgraceful to see them laughing with the media about the fact they shot and killed a helpless animal that is clearly a weak and malnourished dog. What has society come to that this would be relayed as funny by the media? Disgusting! Is Officer Collins can't tell the difference between a dog and a ""Chupacabra"", perhaps he should become a mall cop instead.. At least then the innocent animals of Hood County won't have to pay such a terrible price!
