My name is Ryan Dell and I work at Image Depot. What actually happened was the customer placed their order on a Monday needing to take possession of their product on the following Friday for an event. It was communicated at the time of the order that a deposit would have to be received on the order before any production could begin. We were told that we would have the deposit the following day. We did not receive the deposit the following day and placed another phone call to the customer requesting the deposit. We received a return phone call on Friday asking if she had the deposit to us by 1PM that day, if we could have her product done, and we said yes. The customer showed up at 4:30PM with the check for the order. This particular order would have taken several hours to complete and we close at 5PM. We have been in business for over 22 years and pride ourselves on customer service, but realize that even great customer service has certain limitations.
