I have been here a few times, and I prefer to support local business, but it is hard with such an erratic and juvenile staff manning this shop. I have never encountered the same staff member. More often than not, who ever is working had no idea what I am talking about, or worse act like they know what I am talking about and lie to me right to my face. I have to say, there were definitely staff that were friendly and knowledgeable, however when I inquire about their whereabouts, i am told they no longer work here.
The product they carry is good, and i have heard their repairs are excellent if expensive, however as one who does his own repairs, it is frustrating because this shop will not sell me repair materials, but offers to repair for several times more money. I am forced to order most of my needs online, as I do not have to deal with an awful staff, even if i have to wait a week.
