After my computer got infected by viruses, I thought okay let me try out geek squad. My girlfriend and I walked in and was total ignored as if we weren't nobody. After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come and help us (to note: we were the only ones in the store) He hooked it up to his computer and said that it had this and that and it was going to cost over 350 to fix and that we would also need some other things that would go over 150 so all together we were going to spend about 4 to 5 hundred dollars. My girlfriend was so mad so just walked right out on them.
