Dealing with Col Air was one of the most frustrating experiences in my nearly 20 years of living in New York. It wasn't insulated properly. They broke the unit when installing it by cracking a plastic part on the inside -- and never told me. They installed it wrong so that water leaked into my living room damaging my floor (they never pulled a simple drain plug). After two weeks or so, I had another comapny come and remove the unit Cool Air installed and put in the same model unit...it worked perfectly. And Cool Air only refunded my money and picked up their broken unit with the help of my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and find another AC store!!
