Dispatcher said they could not send anyone until the next day. We explained we needed emergency service. She then said they would send someone out within the next 3 hours. We called to check on status after 2 hours and the person that answered said they were not in same city and that our local office was closed & everyone had gone home.
At the very least they could have called to let us know they'd made a promise they could not keep.
Not recommended at all! I would not even give them the 1 star rating but that was the lowest it would accept.
Pros: Someone answered the phone at 6pm
Cons: They didn't show up.
