I was referred to Karco Specialists by my son-in-law, who is a long-time customer of theirs with complete satisfaction. They give such excellent service. It is the only place I have ever taken one of my cars where I have never had to go back twice for the same repair. No matter what the issue, they have fixed it the first time.
They are friendly and courteous at Karco Specialists and do what they can to accommodate me. They have transportation, and will take me to town and pick me up, or I can wait there. They are very customer-service oriented. They are very accommodating.
I have always found that I get the best service if I stay with the same mechanic. At Karco I always have the same one. They also wash the car every time we go in. It doesn't matter if it is an oil change or a major service, they always wash our car.
