well I'VE BEEN quite a few times and all my experiences where the same.Lazy employees ,all hispanic ,and one afro american who always avoiding work,asian guy cool when he wants to help ,but sometimes avoids customers.The worst part about it ,They work in a fun enviroment ,but always have stank attitudes,all of them.Its like They don't care if you have questions, they will Ignore you and your friends .The big dude with the beard always looking at you mad and he smells.I can go on and on .I called once and asked for a headphone set for modern warefare and one dude told me 40 bucks was the cheapest one and they were out.So I went up there and it was like 10 bucks and they had at least 14 available.Today Is what did it I went in with a fairly new game I got from activision only played twice ,and they wanted to give me 10 bucks for a game they sell used for 30 bucks ,so I asked for a trade with a older less expensive game ,dude was on his period .He wanted to my I.d to put in the system and wanted to give me a essay about my I.d. for 10 bucks ,so I said You want alot of info for 10 bucks ,he hands me my I.d. and game and said F#ck off .game Dude go to the poor house .You jive gaming douche

Cons: I think the workers smoke Illegal drugs and have attitudes
