My newlywed daughter and her Marine husband rented Ardyth's downstairs (I wouldn't call it an apartment because it has no kitchen), until they got their base housing. She refused to return their security deposit, so they took her to court. She was ordered by the court to pay them half, but totally ignored the orders of the court. Do you really want to do business with someone who believes she is above the law and would try to cheat someone who put his life on the line in Afghanistan to protect her freedom?
